Prerequisites for booking the Phenotyping Service are an Induction and primary panel consultation with Anna Petrunkina plus Panel optimisation meeting with research analyst>
Package prices are given for orientation only. They refer to costs for a standard test and include a 15% rebate on analysis panel antibodies, processing, lab consumables, FACS and MACS consumables and machine time for block booking of services (with extra charges for slots over 3 hrs). Costs of Trucount tubes and cost of antibodies required to stain the sample for sorting are not included.
Final package price will be costed and customised after the consultation(s) individually, depending on particular experiment requirements and will be affected by several factors such as cell numbers, sample volume, number of panels, number and origin of fluorochromes, antibodies and beads to be used according to the detailed service schedule above
