Peach is a five laser, 18 colour machine. We use saline as a sheath fluid, which is in 20 litre ‘FACSFlow’ boxes under the benches behind the machine.
Peach now has a UV laser with two channels (2021)
Current DIVA configuration will need to be replaced so and all existing experiments will have to be recreated. Please make sure that you have backed up all your data prior to the 2nd June 2021 If you have any issues afterwards please let us know immediately and we will try to help
