The Cyan has 4 lasers: Blue, Red and Yellow/Violet Co-incident Lasers.

The Blue and Red emission paths are fixed. but the violet and yellow depend on which fluorochromes you want to measure. The violet laser alone has two channels. If both the violet and yellow lasers are on then the second violet channel, 4 is now just for yellow excitation. (mCherry, dsRed etc…)

The Cyan saves standard .fcs files and runs on Summit Software
