The FACSJazz is a 6 fluorescent channel cell sorter operated by our core staff. Booking should be arranged through our listserv . This machine physically separates any 2 populations of cells from any preparation at high speed (around 15 000 per second) and high purity (~95%, irrespective of starting percentage). Compatible collection receptacles include eppendorfs, 5ml Polypropylene tubes and 96 well plates. .

All new clients of our sorting facility must have an induction with our director: Anna Petrunkina

Users should prepare their cells at a concentration of ~30 million per ml and pass them through a 50µm cell strainer filter as the last preparation step
