e6 Attune NxT - Department of Medicine

		The Attune NxT 11 colour flow cytometer uses acoustic in addition to hydrodynamic focussing, allowing far higher fluid-flow rates than traditional machines. The e6 unit has three lasers and no integral 96 well plate reader

		The Attune is syringe-driven, rather than driven by air pressure. It therefore takes up an entirely known volume of fluid per unit time, and therefore provides a precise measure of cell concentration in addition to standard fluoresence parameters
		The machine has an integral 96 well plate reader with its own sheath and waste tanks
