Our e6 Aria-Fusion is a 16 fluorescent channel cell sorter. This machine physically separates any 4 populations of cells from any preparation at high speed (around 10 000 per second) and high purity (~95%, irrespective of starting percentage). Compatible collection receptacles include eppendorfs, 5ml Polypropylene tubes and 96 well plates.

All new clients of our sorting facility must have a General Induction

Users should prepare their cells at a concentration of ~30 million per ml and pass them through a 50µm cell strainer filter as the last preparation step

e6 fusion now has now been upgraded to include a UV laser with two channels (optical configuration below)
