The BDBiosciences FACSCantoII is a 3 laser, 8 colour high speed flow analyser. This machine runs the same DIVA software as our Fortessa, but with a different fluidic system. The violet laser has 2 configurable channels. Users must check that filters suitable for their fluorochromes are in place before acquiring data
