The AriaIII is a 16 fluorescent channel cell sorter. This machine physically separates any 4 populations of cells from any preparation at high speed (around 10 000 per second) and high purity (~95%, irrespective of starting percentage). Compatible collection receptacles include eppendorfs, 5ml Polypropylene tubes, 2x 15ml tubes and 96 well plates

All new clients of our sorting facility must have a : general induction

Users should prepare their cells at a concentration of ~30 million per ml and pass them through a 50µm cell strainer filter as the last preparation step
