The BD Influx is a 4 laser, 16 colour, 6 stream-direction cell sorter. Compatible collection receptacles include eppendorfs, 5ml Polypropylene tubes and 96 well plates. The machine is designed to sort cat2 primary human samples. We can simulataneously separate any 6 populations of cells at high speed (>20 000 per second) and high purity (~95%, irrespective of starting percentage)

Users should prepare their cells at a concentration of ~30 million per ml and pass them through a 50µm cell strainer filter as the last preparation step
