The AccuriC6 Plus is a 4 channel analyser. In contrast to other analysers the accuri operates with fixed PMT voltages, instead it measures all channels across a huge dynamic range then digitally zooming to recreate the usual dotplots and histograms

The machine has 488nm and 640nm lasers and uses water as sheath fluid. It also has Bleach (FACSClean, yellow bottle) and (FACSDetergent, green bottle) It takes both standard FACS tubes and plates

Preferred data rate for maximum resolution is 2500 events a second
