A collaboration between Professor John Sinclair (Dept of Medicine) and neuroscientists at Cambridge University has demonstrated how viruses that cross the blood/brain barrier could be exploited to slow down, or even halt, the progress of Parkinson’s and other neurodegenerative diseases.
